I recently found a great tutorial on how to count and keep track of cards in blackjack. It's in a section on a website called the Gamemaster Blackjack School.

The Famous MIT Blackjack Card-Counters - Discovery Channel Series

This is the video about the famous MIT blackjack card-counters. It's an interesting, exciting, alluring story about how a group of math wizards concocted a scheme to beat Las Vegas Casinos at their own game--specifically blackjack. The popular book "Bringing Down the House" popularized this story and there's talk about a movie being produced based on it.

Maybe you can pick up some blackjack tips from these guys. The movie is called "Breaking Vegas" and was featured on the discovery channel. I'm getting pumped up for Vegas--even though I know I'm not going to do Vegas in the same style as these guys. And I'm definitely not going to make an absolute killing at blackjack like this infamous crew.

Vegas is known as sin city and I plan on sinning religiously. I'm looking forward to playing some blackjack. If this movie doesn't get you pumped for Vegas, then I don't know what will.

I just found this website recently, Goodcasinos.com. There is a great section that deals specifically with blackjack tips, tricks, and advice.

The blackjack column I'm referring to has a good article on an easy card counting system in blackjack.

There is a wealth of other blackjack information at the site. A lot of the content deals with specific questions sent into the author of the site--so it deals with themes that the common blackjack player wants to learn more about.

10 Blackjack Myths that will lead you to losing your money

This is a list of ten commonly held beliefs about blackjack, which are not necessarily true all of the time, or are not true most of the time. In other words, they are blackjack myths. The bad thing about these myths is that they will lead you to losing your money because your blackjack strategy will be based on a shaky foundation.

Don't build your house on sand. Build your blackjack strategy on a foundation of solid concret. Then you can start winning. At least some of the time. Because we all know the house has the advantage. How else could Las Vegas casinos afford those enormous fountains on the strip, multi-billion dollar hotels, and five dollar lobster?
